Hi Rebecca

So long as your partner is in a position to fund the deposit, and your share of the mortgage and associated costs is no more than you are currently paying in rented accomodation, there would be no problem getting a mortgage whilst subject to an IVA.

Hi rebecca.m
You would be looking at a deposit of 15% and a slightly higher interest rate.
