hi,i am in an iva ,myself and my husband and i never had any joint finances and he has a good credit rating.he will be losing his work car and has to purchase one, will he have a problem getting finance because of me,does anyone have any experience of anything similar, thanks.
If you have no joint finances then he should be ok, especially if he has a good credit rating.

If he is refused finance as a result of your credit rating, he can always file a notice of disassociation at the reference agencies which ought to do the trick.
