Hi Paul and welcome to the forum. If your mother bought and paid for the car and it is registered in her name there should be no problem.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Welcome to the forum Paul.

Your mother's car is absolutely safe.

Good luck with your IVA.
