I live at home with my mum and step-dad. Will my mum's home be blacklisted? My mum is worried about this and says that she will throw me out and never speak to me again if it is blacklisted.

I don't have any assets and there is a meeting between my IP and creditors on 28 July.

Thank you for your help.

Louise

Hey Louise, welcome to the forum. How awful, I'm sure your Mum really didn't mean that, she's probably just worried. The address is not blacklisted, it will all be in your name. If your Mum ever has problems you can write a letter of disassociation to the credit reference agencies. X
