will my wife have to give over her wages to IVA

Hello, Im 2 years into an IVA and my wife wants to go back to work. Her name isnt on the IVA and she has no debts. will she have to give over any of her wages to the IVA? Im currently paying back 98p in the pound i think.

Her income will taken into consideration, to the extent that she will now be able to pay her fair share of the joint household bills, leaving you with a higher disposable income. Look at it on the bright side - you may pay your IVA off earlier given your high dividend.
