I have recently completed an IVA, this was completed with a one of payment to our creditors, not a monthly arangement.
Writen in our completion papers is a note that says our IVA will remain on record for up to two years. Is this correct or has this been added in error.

Hi garry ... welcome to the Forum .. I am no expert, but I think it's actually 6 years!

One of the experts will be along soon though with a more reliable answer.

hi garry s

Your credit history will show your conduct over the last 6 years and the IVA - now concluded - will be on there for 6 years from its start.
