Hello, I went bankrupt in November 2007 whilst I was living at my Father's house but have been staying quite a lot at my partner's house recently and was thinking of moving back. Will the OR have to take into account my partner's earnings if they think there is surplus money please?
Thanks.

Hi
No,as long as you are paying a fair share for accomodation etc then your partners income will not be taken into account.

I wasn't asked how much my partner earns, just how much he contributes to the household expenses.

No - but you may need to adjust your living expenditure if there is any change once you move back.
