I am currently looking for another job and our IVA review is due in July. I know of another job that pays about £6000 pa more but we have seriously struggled on our first years payments. Will they take all my rise off us if I move jobs?

Have a look at your proposal and chairmans report and let us know what they say. The general principle should be that the creditors share in your success rather than take it all from you, otherwise what's the point in self improvement? If you change jobs will it alter anything else e.g result in increases in the cost of getting to work?

If you are taking a new job with an increased salary, it will be appropriate for the Supervisor to conduct a full review of your income and expenditure and therefore adjust the "baseline" for any 50% uplift requirements.
