1) Will this affect my partner, and will it affect her when we marry in 6 months?

2) If my circumstance improve, how does this affect my agreement?

Thanks

Hi
If we are talking about an IVA then it may affect your partners credit rating when you marry. If your circumstances improve you will be expected to pay more into your IVA.
