im no way in reciept of a windfall....was just interested in lite of husbands situation and what would have happened had things been different x

Don't worry Orange. You did say it was only a general query and I do not for one second think you are being dishonest. Sorry if I came across differently but I was only trying to explain the severity of non disclosure to the IP.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who learnt from Melanie's post, another reason why it's so important for the professionals who do a fabulous job to keep posting.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

So if you receive a windfall of £501 you hand it all over but if the windfall were £499 you keep it? is this correct or am I missing something here?

are work bonuses considered to be a windfall or is it treated the same as things like overtime where you have to give 50%.

It depends upon the terms of your proposal Danny - but generally they are treated under the 50% rule. As you are a client of Michael's firm, he should be able to answer this for you specifically.

If anyone wants a laugh re pay increases - I have just been notified of an enormous (!!) increase - £3:62 per month - will take me a few thousand years to get rich on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
