Hi, I wish to offer a full & final settlement figure to all of my 5 creditors & wipe my debt out. I owe £12500 & am finding that just paying the minimum payments is making it impossible for me to have any money left over every month! I am pretty sure I can acquire the funds neccessary from friends & relatives & would much prefer to just pay a lumo sum than tie myself into yet another monthly payment for 5 years! Who can i speak to about getting this started?

I would make an appointment with your local Citizens Advice Bureau to discuss this further. They should be able to give you all the advice you need

I went to the Citizens Advice Bureau they were very helpful and didn't judge. They put us in touch with a IVA company. I know this part is scary but there is light at the end of the tunnel. All the best
IVA completed

It is unlikely that you will get anyone to act on your behalf in an IVA if your debts are only £12,500, but I can recommend Andrew Graveson of Brightoak who is a DMP specialist who regularly puts forward offers to creditors on the basis you mention.

Andrew regularly posts on the forum and you can find his details on the experts page if you are interested.
