It's always better to talk to a human expert rather than a 'machine' ... so make a few calls in person to some good IPs (there are a number who post here on the Forum ... Melanie, Philip and Ian amongst them) ... and they will be able to give a clearer picture of the options available to you.

You might also like to post a list of your creditors and amounts owed and your monthly income for some of the experts to cast an eye over.

Well done on taking some of the first steps to addressing your debt situation ... you wont look back.
