Hey Steve that is good news, Im glad you were able to speak to her and get your issue sorted.

Miichael: Yeah it does seem a bit unbalanced 1 IP to probley thousands of IVA's.
Im not really sure what the IP does what the others ie case workers cannot do? to be able to run at that ratio?
To be honest i think IVA companys who do have a track record of providing a really good job ( and they know who they are) maybe need to get together to share the costs on some advertising more on the web, cab offices, etc if thats poss?? to let people know they are there to help them.

It would be intresting to know where everybody on this site found there IVA company?

I just put in a search on the net and cccs were at the top!!!!!!

Baldy

PS sorry to hijack your post a bit Steve.

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

Great news Steve and credit to the CCCS for remedying their error.

Baldy. The CAB refer people to Grant Thornton and everyone else refers people to the CCCS or Payplan. Nice thought but it would be impossible to break through.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Jackie Westerman is a good IP and does a difficult job at the end of the day. As I always say IPs must take personal responsibility for their clients, and I am glad to see the intervention of this forum has aided in resolving an error.
