Hi Bev. It sounds like Arrow Global who purchased quite a lot of Paragon unsecured debts. I believe that they have a minimum dividend requirement of 30p in the pound which could be the reason for rejection.

It is possible to resubmit a proposal which may be acceptable to them or you look at other options.
