Well that's a relief hubby just phoned the Coop to check on our Business Account Application and it has been approved! Yay!!!![:)] We will be allocated our account number and sort code in the next few days and will have cheque book by the end of next week!! Am so excited because we will be starting to run the business from a clean slate! Now all we need is to continue on with the IVA application process and please God 2009 will be a new chapter for us!! So for now the sun is shining, its Friday, there's some good news so all is good in the world for today!! Just need MG to work her magic for us now!! So for any fellow newbies out there just to say the Coop seem to have been a good option for us - although we obviously have a good credit rating because up until the last few days we have not defaulted on any payments. My hubbie is a sole trader HGV driver and we now have both personal and business accounts with the Coop - our soon to be previous bank was NatWest and we have 2 hefty overdrafts with them. So am really pleased that we managed to get that part of the process sorted! Will keep you all posted on the next stage (that sounds terribly arrogant in that why should you be interested) but you know what I mean!

Hugs y'all.....Fi x [:)][:D][8D]
Still gathering info....but hope to be on the right path pronto!!

Well done Fi, that's great news. Trying to sort a business account out is really hard once your credit rating is rubbish, you've been on the ball, good for you. Good luck with your proposal. X
