We've had nothing like that at all. I won't be disclosing mine and, unless they search the register, I doubt they will find out.

I am not sure whether you can be sacked for non-disclosure. The last time I filled in our annual form, I wrote that I did have some debts, that I was dealing with and hoped to be clear of within the next year or so. I also stated that this would not lead to corruption and or any form of professional wrongdoing on my part. I have not yet had to fill in another form. I have now completed my IVA so could justifiably have nothing ot disclose on the next form that is issued.

It would be very difficult to dismiss on this alone and certainly open to challenge.
