Working Tax Credits

Hi,

Being self employed with young children i receive Working Tax Credits, Would this be included in my Income figures if i were to apply for an IVA? I guess the answer is yes but i want to check. Many Thanks

Hi Ian

Yes you are right, all of your regular guaranteed income would be included in an IVA calculation, which would include all tax credits and child benefits.

Being self employed you would also need to provide some evidence of your income, so if you are considering an IVA application it is important to make sure your accounts and book keeping are up to date so these can be presented as proof of income.

You would also need to include child benefit as well as part of your income.
