worried about fixed rate mortgage ending

I feel the only option I have is to get and iva plan due to alot of debt I have outstanding my only worry is my morgutue fixed rate is due and i'm worried nobody will take is on again for another fixed rate cause i am on an iva program i.e. bad credit history is this the case.

Have you asked your current mortgage lender whether they would be prepared to allow you to have another fixed rate deal? It might be worth looking into - and have you taken advice about your financial position generally yet?
