I applied for an Iva and my meeting date is 23th of July, im worried about not being accepted, i really having a hard time paying my debts and being left with nothing. my debts are 14k to natwest, credit cards(capitol one and amazon card) and Barclay finance 4k. its sounded to good to be true but I thought about it and applied. its 12.80p/£. paying 104 a monthly for 5 years. I keep going thought my head how amazing being accepted would be and then getting my hopes up just to be declined. I don't know how accepting this creditors are. my bills are soon due.

Its only natural to be anxious at this stage, but remember your IP would not be proposing this if they did not feel it was a viable option that in their experience will be approved by creditors.

They do not rely on credit checks to list your creditors -- you have to tell them every debt you have. Not all creditors even register with the credit agencies.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

If you’re one among the 17 November of individuals across the united kingdom troubled to repay the money you owe to your creditors monthly, it is tough to understand wherever to show. However, many of us are unaware that there's a proper debt solution that will facilitate them to reduce their monthly payments and doubtless write off over half their total debt.

IVA debt is an amazing thing. It saves companies from bankruptcy. If your company requires money, you can apply for an IVA and pay off the IVA debt over a period of time with small monthly installments. It's not very difficult to get your IVA approved. If you are facing difficulty to apply for or to get your IVA approved you can hire a consultancy service to help you.

Hi
I made the phone call to discuss debts last Tuesday. I thought an IVA was the best option but now I am so worried I have no appetite and I’m struggling to sleep. I’m so worried I’ll accidentally be in breach of something
I actually feel more stressed now than before I made the initial phone call and got passed to unity
