Just wanted to wish you the very best for your creditors meeting- here's hoping you are able to move forwards in the new year.
Thank you so much!

Spent until 2 last night looking up similar cases on the forum.
29th can't come soon enough.

I've done some research and calculations and I have seen that updraft don't usually vote. If that's the case, at the meeting natwest would hold 75.40% of the vote. So only technically need a vote from them for it to go ahead, am I right?

Sorry for the spamming, just checked that my supervisor is David Rankin and after googling him a bit I saw that he has has multiple sanctions over the past years. Is that to be expected for IPs?

You're not spamming and are right to be concerned. It does happen with some IP's but no idea how this will affect you.

In his proposal he does mention that he has regular dealings with the main creditors and the proposal respects their parameters.
Oh god I wish I could just fast forward to the 29th.
Is there anyway to find out if some creditors voted already or not?

They have until the 29th and do sometimes vote beforehand - you can ask your IP to let you know if anyone voted and they may tell you.

Is it worth a shot or they just gonna dismiss me and say they can't disclose that?

Personally I would try to push it out your mind right now.

Whether they have voted or not at this point is irrelevant as they have until the 29th to do so and won't start to give a clear picture if outcome, even if the IP offers you some answers on voting ways.

Keep busy; plan some nice walks out with the family; trips out etc in the next 2 weeks.

Has anyone had any experience with updraft before?

Giraffe.money told me they never vote but I don't know how valid is that as information.

Anyone could shed some light on it?

If they don't vote and your IVA goes through they are bound by it anyway. What percentage do they hold?

It will all depend on the creditors who vote on the day. Do any of your other creditors hold 75% of the debt?

If updraft does not vote then natwest will hold 75.40% of the vote apparently. Other debts are small compared to the loans. Got 1k with Amex, 1.5k with Aqua, 700 with capital one, 200 zopa, 200 vanquis, 300 klarna

Hopefully it will go your way - you're just going to have to wait and see and I have everything crossed for you.
