Hi oskiee6, that is the opinion of the people who made the feedback, doesn't necessarily reflect the opinion of all their clients. I do believe someone from BE posts on the forum and may be able to reassure you.

I'm not with BE so cannot comment as have no history with them.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

thanks lesley, i hope your comments are true. i will pay extra as i get my annual pay rise but i hope they take into account any major increase i may have for example my electric and gas will more than double this year. i am like everyone else on IVA trying to cope and not get into borrowing in the future. i just hope BE dont put me through another nightmare. out of the frying pan!

Are you already in an IVA with this firm?

yes got accepted 29th jan. my first payment goes out 28th feb. the comments i read are frightening. most the comments talk about getting a prompt efficent service at the beginning which is what i have had. now worried about a the next 5 years not being so smooth.

BE do get good feedback as well.

As Lesley says, it's personal opinion.

I think my firm are good at the moment, but there are others who don't rate them.

See how things go, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I am sure there are thousands of satisfied customers with BE, so just see how things go.

Sounds good!!

I've been with them just over 8 months now and they've been nothing but nice to me (when contacted). I've had my 6 month review and nothings came through the post saying I have to pay any more!! So I'm happy!

I would just like to say that at this moment in time I am very happy I chose to enter an IVA. No more worries, no more phone call and no more letters (well apart from black horse).

I try to form my own opinions on things, particularly if I have been receiving good service up until now.

You will never please all of the people all of the time.

well got a call today from BE. the rep said that thier clients should contact them of any changes that make thier payments difficult and thier IP will submit a request for changes. contrary to the other forum BE responded fairly quickly. hope this is a sign of things to come.
