WORRIED!!! I have to give my payslips every 3 months and my IP has just said I have to pay an extra £110! There is no way I can afford this and on the letter it says I have to pay in 14 days. I have to call them later. Also, my 5 year fixed mortgage deal ends in December and I have to go on standard variable rate. As it stands now my mortgage will be reduced by £50 but it could go up anytime! Help![V]

You need to speak to your ip and explain that you can't afford it. I am sure they will give you more time to pay. As regards the mortgage then wait and see exactly what happens and then discuss it with them

Just to let you know that I have deleted your other topics as they were duplicates of this, hopefully one of the experts will pick up on this one.

I went from fixed rate to SVR and had a reduction in mortgage payments, I now pay extra into the IVA, I'm hoping if interest rates rise IP's will look sympathetically at the increased in respect of the IVA.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hope you get it sorted soon, it might be that they will let you pay it over some months. Good luck
