Would an IVA be a viable option

You need to sit down and work out what you actaully spend on rent/mortgage,insurance,food,gas,elect,council tax etc etc. Only then will you know what you can afford to put towards your iva a month. It is a tight budget and scarey prospect living without credit cards but you will get used to it very quickly.

Melanie and her team seen to have a very good reputation on here,may be worth having a chat about things with her,but feel free to shop around,as you will have to work with your IP for 5 years,so its worth making sure you find the right one to start with.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Thre is a big list of companies to use on iva.com so I would have a lookthere 1st .

Khenderson can you tell me what IP you were suggesting??

dw, you do not need to use a financial advisor like khenderson or any middle man. Go straight to an IP.
