Hi Jean

Welcome to the Forum.

Your husband should be able to have his own IVA ... my son-in-law has his own and my daughter's contributions to the household are just taken into account in working out his income and expenditure.

One of the experts should be able to give you more advice.

All the best

Debbie

Hi Jean

Are you joingly liable for any of your husband's debts, and do you have an income which contributes to the household? Also do you have any debts of your own?
