Hi jason and welcome to the forum

You will need to shop around the car finance companies to see whether you would be offered finance, but in principle (apart from an impaired credit rating for six years from the date of your IVA) there is nothing to stop you now taking out credit.

Given your credit rating this may well cost more than usual high street rates.

There are car finance companies that specialise on impaired credit, but they are VERY expensive. The one that I recall from TV adverts is YES Car Credit. But do check the APR.

I believe that Yes Car Credit have ceased trading - am sure they went into their own insolvency, but there are others which are often recommended on the forum. I think one is called Advantage Finance - which might be worth googling.
