Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm not sure about this another post in respect of Open University funding is listed too tonight so keep an eye out for an answer which you'll hopefully get from one of our knowledgeable posters. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
I believe that if it is a student loan you are getting to fund the payments then these do not show up on your credit record so being in an IVA does not affect them, however if it is the OU's finance scheme, this might be different, I'm not sure if they would credit check you, why not give them a quick ring to ask?
i've been looking into this as well, but the OU funding- as the course i want to take is 50% cheaper if you start in May rather than October! However it looks like i would have to be credit checked. i've sent them an email for confirmation tho.
I think you would be ok with student loan, i looked into this not long ago.
