would iva affect my company ?

I have just registered a limited company and we are not actually trading yet - though have a number of contracts in the pipeline. i have some considerable persoanl debt (over 15K) and was wondering if i could commence and iva and if so would it affect my company?

Shouldn't affect your IVA application - I'm sure an expert will be along shortly to confirm this.[:)]

NO - you can happily act as a company director whilst in an IVA.
