I think Dave could get addicted to gambling as I know he likes a flutter on the internet gambling sites. Personally my betting is restricted to a couple of (losing!) each way bets on the Grand National each year!
I am a manager of a betting shop and it amazes me the amount people spend. We have people putting on £40 - £50 bets but are running in and out to check their cars in the car park because they begrudge paying £1 to park!!
