I am a single parent on benefits, with two disabled sons - we have a car of which I am the driver and on the registration documents, but the car is my sons through motorbility and his name is before mine on the registration documents - would this be affected?
Thankyou

The motabilty car would not be affected as it is for your sons needs.

No, the DLA income that you receive for them is not counted as an income. The only problem that you will have is if the DLA lease expires whilst you are undischarged from your bankruptcy. Motability has a helpline which will confirm this info - sorry but i do not have this to hand.
