Hi warren.
I have been reading this post and hope all can be resolved for you. I am sure it can be. Hopefully David will be able to help.
The one single most important thing is not to stress yourself over this, easier said than done but at the end of the day you and your health are so much more important than all of this.

Let us know how things go.

Hi,
Just to say a Very Big Thank You to David, He got in touch with my IP. (which is more than i have been able to do in 18 months) to try and sort out my problems, for which i am very grateful.
I arrived home today from my short break (paid for by friends) to get a phone call from Debt Free Direct, only to find that once again, my case has been handed to someone else to deal with. The lady that called me was very polite (unusual for DFD) but told me she had only had a brief look at my case, and would be in touch next week, when she had chance to look over all the details. I am quite concerned, as she said that i had a large surplus of funds from my income to be able to pay my IVA, so i invited her to come and stay with me for a month, and i would give her my wages and she can show me exactly where these extra funds come from when all the bills are paid. How can these people say there is extra money, when they havent got a clue about the reality of it all. They have all the evidence of outgoings and incomings, but for some unknown reason, they still can not do their sums!!!!!, All it takes, is someone to actually sit down and work things out, to see the problem.
Regards
Warren
(will keep you posted on any results)
