How sad that it takes another IP to simply get yours to speak to you!

Thats the problem where a big firm/factory are dealing with cases and it is handled sometimes with an imcompetant administrator. Keep us all posted as to what happens next week please.

The Dark Cloud seems to be moving away !!!!!
Just heard from DFD, and they are proposing a reduced payment to my creditors, they will be confirming by post, then will send forms to me to be signed. I am completely over the moon, as the new proposal is less than half of what i am now paying. I only hope the creditors agree to the proposal. I knew i was right to complain, as it has now been proved the figures were all wrong in the first place.
THANK YOU ALL for your valued support, without your help and advice, this could not have been accomplished.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Hi
A great result for you but it has to be said that it is very sad that it has taken this forum and the intervention of David to get your situation sorted.
I wonder how many people out there are not so lucky ?
Regards

Andy,
I completely agree with you, there must be people out there, who do not realise or perhaps do not question the situation, I hope this thread of the forum helps them as much as it seems to have helped me. I would like to think that perhaps this has helped them to be more alert about the big companies/factories who can be so impersonal in their dealings, These companies must be made to realise that although we are in debt (and dont we know it) we are human beings with feelings and should be treated so, and a little respect and understanding does go a long way.
Good Luck and Fair Play to You All.
Best Regards
Warren

So pleased that you have got this sorted - and a big well done to David who used industry knowledge and contacts that he has in his sphere of expertise to assist you get a line of communication with your IP.

Hi Melanie,
How very true, if only all IP's had your care and concern.
I admire yourself and ALL the experts who give their time willingly and freely, after doing a days work, it cant be much fun to continue into the night doing what you can to help and advise people. I did notice, that NON of the experts who give dedication to their work, are from the BIG FACTORY COMPANIES.
Well done to You and your fellow experts, I am not alone in appreciating you all.
Best Regards
Warren
PS
I will probably be back soon, moaning that things did not work out, so will be looking for further advice and help!!!!

We all enjoy giving something back to a profession we are proud to be a part of and which has looked after us over the years Warren.

This forum is enormously educational for IPs and other experts as well - and can be pretty addicitive too - and as my husband is the world's biggest Science Fiction fan, I am sorry but I cannot sit and watch Stargate and Star Trek every night!!
