I AM 40 K IN DEBT I OW MY OWN HOME WITH APPROX 100K IN EQUITY WHAT WAY WOULD YOU SUGGEST TO GO IVA OR REMORGAGE I WOULD NOT LIKE TO DO THE LATTER

Hi as

As you are not insolvent an IVA is not an option. If you can afford to remortgage to repay your debts in full then that is the best way forward. If not, then you should consider selling to downsize and therefore release money. If you have cash available, you may even be able to do deals with creditors for an early settlement.
