received my first proposals last week and after some thought (after reading this website) i decided that alot of the expenditure figures were unrealistic. whilst deciding what to do i received a letter from my bank informing me that my mortgage payment had reduced by £100 a month. I knew that i would need to tell payplan and amend the proposal. I called them and told them that with the reduction in mortgage the amount was now manageable so could they adjust the expenditure figures that i thought too low to level it all out.
Received new proposals, and not only have they put my expenditure into realistic terms, it resulted in my proposed monthly payment being lowered by £60.
Now just got to hope all is accepted.[:D]
