I think it depends on who you prefer, but if I was starting out and found this site first I would definately go with one of the Ip's on here rather than go with another company as you find out what type of person they are.
I would have done as well - I was already on the IVA route when I found it, and although I am more than happy so far with my IP, I would have chosen one from here if I had been better informed.

Jan I was terrified when I started mine and I didnt have anyone to tell.... no one in my family, no friendly forum, no one! I remember where I was when Emma from Freeman Jones told the creditors had voted and they had all agreeded. I couldn't share it with anyone its only in the last year I told my sister, how can this forum have a negative view when its so friendly and not clicky x and people are so happy to share there experiences however bad they have been with others x

Onechance discussed David Mond being professional I agree he is but I find him quite cutting and would not work well with this type of personality therefore it goes back to people posting comments so each one who looks at IVA.com can come to there own decision. xx God I ramble so sorry xx Karen
Just thought I would mention that I used David Mond for my IVA and he really is a nice geniune bloke and very pleasant to talk to. Sometimes David posts early in the morning or late at night after a long day so may not have expressed himself as well as he could have but he really is a great man.

The only people who know about our circumstances are my daughter and my stepchildren. That's why I found this forum so great as you can offload pretty much anything on here and you can get an answer to almost anything.
However, there are people out there who don't like the forum at all and would like to see it fail.
Fortunately, they are outnumbered.

I found this site before my IVA was approved, but only just, so it was too late for me. If I had found it sooner I wouldn't have gone with the company I used - at the time I thought they were fine, but knowing how other companies work I then realised that I was just a number to them rather than a client.
I've deleted yours and mine Paul, so it shouldn't look too bad.
