Hi Lottie,

You will usually be asked to supply payslips, sometimes bank statements depending upon who your company is.

You need to supply a new income and expenditure for them as things are bound to have gone up in the last 12 months.

What company are you with?

It does vary from company to company and I don't know how many they need, you would need to give them a ring to ask.

If you have misplaced them, could you possibly get copies from work? If not you may be ok as you will probably need to send your P60 in as well.

Check with your IP, Lottie. Mine only asks for our payslips and for a new I&E to be completed but, as Jan says, many also want bank statements and P60. Most of us worry unnecessarily about our reviews, I'm sure that yours will be fine.

I ask for the last three wage-slips, the last P60 and a completed income and expenditure form. Other IPs also may ask for the last three months bank statements as well.

hi, if you haven't got all the wage slips, your P60 will suffice.
