o my god i am shaking - just had a phonecall from sarah to say iva has been approved! i am just so relieved and happy!

we have been given a second chance and we are so lucky!

from what sarah said there are some modifications but mainly do not affect us! payments will be the same as melanie told us!

northern rock is my hubbys biggest creditor approximately and they approved it. amex voted no but were outvoted.

a big sincere thankyou to everyone!

That's really good news Barb - I hope you're going to celebrate!

Good luck with the IVA, and I hope you and Angela are going to keep posting - the forum wouldn't be the same without you both!

Great news Barb,
Congratulations
