I have just received "the" phone call. My IVA has been approved with no modifications, £150pcm for 5 years.
I cant tell you how relieved, happy, excited I am. Its just so much of a relief. Thank you everyone on this forum. [:D] [:D]

Thanks everyone I feel great now :)
Clairbare .. I dont know about that, they were originally going to put me on £200pcm but because my husbands debts were only £5000 in his name, he has had to go on a debt management. So he has to pay £80pcm and me £150pcm. I also ready somewhere that it has to be £200pcm that is why I was so convinced my IVA wouldnt get approved.

Congratulations mumofthree thats great news, i had everything crossed for you. My IVA was approved at 156 pcm, but i also had some endowments which were also included as assets. I assume its really just down to the end dividend as to if its approved or not and if they believe that what is being offered in the proposal is the best option.
