Clairbare .. I dont know about that, they were originally going to put me on £200pcm but because my husbands debts were only £5000 in his name, he has had to go on a debt management. So he has to pay £80pcm and me £150pcm. I also ready somewhere that it has to be £200pcm that is why I was so convinced my IVA wouldnt get approved.

I assume its really just down to the end dividend as to if its approved or not and if they believe that what is being offered in the proposal is the best option.
