Thank you - hopefully they will hang themselves. Melanie is making a serious formal complaint; we have given her the telephone number and the exact time. Mad as hatters they must be - they even voted for David's acceptance! We are with Sky - have reported it and they are taking it up with the Telecoms Regulator. J
