I was wondering who i could contact about mortgages for people with bad credit. My IVA will be taken from my credit file this month, we paid it 2 years early but have had to wait the 6 years before it will be deleted. WE would really like to down size our house. We owe 134000 and the house is now worth about 150000. we would like to sell and move to a smaller property. We are paying interest only and its £500 per month, if we went to full repayment it would be double with NRAM. We need to think about the future now for our 2 boys. It just means at the moment we will never own the house we are in , we are just sort of renting it!!! Any advise would be appreciated

Advice from our mortgage experts Ryan and or Shaun will help. Their contact details can be found by trawling through this link.
Both come recommended by many members. I can personally vouch for Ryan and his team at Zebra.

Can only echo the above as they have both helped many posters on the forum. Good luck.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi, I went through Ryans team at zebra money, my mortgage has been pre-approved and today my actual application went in, fingers crossed it will all work out. I can't recommend Mike at zebra enough as he has answered all my emails promptly and honestly, and hopefully next time I update I will be well underway in getting my first home before I'm 40!

I can't recommend Zebra Money enough. Very good service from Mike Jones. Very quick at getting everything sorted from AIP to offer. Also a reasonable high street rate. It pays to use these brokers as they have contacts within the mortgage companies. I really could not believe how easy the process was and made by Mike. Thoroughly recommend them.
