Hi Clair

The bank will be able to apply charges for unauthorised overdrafts, but they may be sympathetic if you speak to them directly and refund the charges.

Hi Angela

I truly hope that the climates becoming more stable will result in something coming through for you.

So frustrating that despite your tremendous efforts, matters are taken out of your hands.

Best wishes,

Your efforts are to be admired - what more could you have done! IVAs are a fantastic tool to deal with debts and I'm very sorry you've been dealt what looks like a series of complicated blows frustrating your goals. It's wonderful that you used your best endeavours to deal with your situation. It ma...

Hi Louisa Sorry to read your problems. GT may not necessarily petition for your bankruptcies and the outcome of the termination may mean that you will have to deal with calls and correspondence from IVA creditors. I'm sure that if you contact GT they will be happy to give you some guidance on what t...

Hi Everyone The approach to O/T or other pay elements should be considered in context but it would be sensible to propose Arrangements on basic pay. There is no definitive rule. Pelder You'll need to check your original proposal and any modifications to see how your income had originally been calcul...

Really sorry Keiser. I hope that a variation can be proposed for you if things don't start looking up, but best speak again to your IP to see what they can suggest. Perhaps a remortgage could be done now to conclude? Can you change to IO and offer that for a 12/24 month period as a F&F if this isn't...

Well done RooRoo - proposal looks to be a good, I'm sure creditors will see it is based on the best offer and I don't see why they wouldn't accept.

Very best of luck.

There's nothing specific in proposals about this so your IP will have to use their discretion and I think it's only reasonable for the increased income from the o/t to be used.

Just send in a quick letter with your wage slips about this so that it is considered.

Hi Ram Based on the protocol you'd be looking at realising upto 85% of the equity and using this formula based on the the figures here, it would be £8750, however your IVA was approved before the protocol and the terms of your IVA are likely to be different. Just speak to your IP to establish what t...

Your IP should be dealing with this for you but putting something in writing yourself enclosing a copy of the Chairman's report should help. Ask to speak to a manager about their complaints procedure as well.

Good luck.

IVA sounds like an option for you - carry on speaking to your DM company, but also check out recommendations and speak to another expert.

This seems very strange - did you say that the bank transferred your call to your IP?

Changes to DD should always be notified in writing - 14 days notice is required if I recall correctly. I would write to your IP with your concerns and asks them respond in writing.

It may be that creditor calls aren't a problem for you, but there are options if they do become a nuisance.

Hi Simbel

Speak to 1 or 2 companies as recommended here to discuss what is right for you, but it sounds like you have already started to resolve matters.

Very best of luck.
