There's nothing specific in proposals about this so your IP will have to use their discretion and I think it's only reasonable for the increased income from the o/t to be used.

Your IP should be dealing with this for you but putting something in writing yourself enclosing a copy of the Chairman's report should help. Ask to speak to a manager about their complaints procedure as well.

IVA sounds like an option for you - carry on speaking to your DM company, but also check out recommendations and speak to another expert.

This seems very strange - did you say that the bank transferred your call to your IP?

Changes to DD should always be notified in writing - 14 days notice is required if I recall correctly. I would write to your IP with your concerns and asks them respond in writing.

It may be that creditor calls aren't a problem for you, but there are options if they do become a nuisance.
