Today marks the day my IVA is officially removed from my credit file . 6 long years ! Thanks once again for all your support . My rating is pretty low still at the moment but hoping to see some real change over the following month . Stay safe all !

What's funny Foggy is I have had an email from credit fix now saying they have sent my information. A bit late I think and doesn't excuse the attitude of the woman I spoke to. I wish I'd taken her name.

It's down to your IP to inform the Insolvency Register. As to the agencies, your records should drop after six years but again, it is down to your IP to let them know you have completed. Well i got off the phone to Credit Fix and the woman told me I had to send those letters (the completion reports) off to the credit agencies and they would then let the insolvency registers know im complete. When was the certificate issued ? The IS should have their copy by now -- I would contact them direct and ask why the IVA is not showing as completed. well i recieved it on the 4th september also. same day as first payment to perinta came out. Ive emailed Credifix for clarification. It is possible ...

How long does it take to fall off the register once you've gotten your certificate. Note I haven't contacted anyone since receiving it. I noticed some people on here saying I shouldnt have to do thing. Do I NEED to contact all the credit agencys? Not that should effect the register.
