So I’ve been out my iva a while now after taking a loan offer . Which has been great. I’ve had money again without the fear of thousands of debt balancing on a fine wire. But oh my gosh my credit score is abysmal . Worst example being on Experian. Anyway my 6th year since taking out the iva is at th...

Hello forum. Been a while since I completed early and I'm getting happier every month with more money in my pocket. Anyway as expected my credit rating is poor. About 500 fairy points on experian and clear score is less which I think draws from equifax. Not helped by the fact I recently changed addr...

What's funny Foggy is I have had an email from credit fix now saying they have sent my information. A bit late I think and doesn't excuse the attitude of the woman I spoke to. I wish I'd taken her name.

It's down to your IP to inform the Insolvency Register. As to the agencies, your records should drop after six years but again, it is down to your IP to let them know you have completed. I would certainly query it again. Im going to get some solid info online to quote them . They just fob you off a...

How long does it take to fall off the register once you've gotten your certificate. Note I haven't contacted anyone since receiving it. I noticed some people on here saying I shouldnt have to do thing. Do I NEED to contact all the credit agencys? Not that should effect the register.
