Ah cheers for that. The infamous TTI-SPC who are so mysterious they arent on data controller list unless they are known as someone different. Shop direct confirmed in letter they were aware 8 days after IVA started of it, but dont appear to indicate who advised credit ref agencies of wrong date whic...

Hi guys, Quick query about ensuring default dates are right. Who is responsible for putting on correct date of IVA default? The creditor named in IVA or the company they passed debt on to afterwards? I complained to original creditor but they refused to uphold complaint as they sold debt on 6 months...

Foggy, Just reread your last message. By my calculation it would be 280 Extra pm lol. Every month i did OT i rang on payday to make uplift payments. Whilst i understand what they mean by increased salary means i could earn more before any uplift required, it also screws me every month especially fla...

Yeah they want me to put down average figure of may 18-apr 19 as my salary on my May 19 yearly I & E form. Ironically May onwards have been flat months, so in my opinion May 19 I&E should be my basic salary.

Foggy, thanks for that. I thought it was very odd too. Yeah 2nd review, and told me that i stop doing overtime let them know and they can do interim review. Really handy that, if they have already increased my monthly payment which i assume they plan to imminently once they get my updated I&E sheet ...

Hi guys. Nearly 2.5 years into IVA (my own). Just had review which has flagged up some issues. Did lot of overtime, and paid appropriate uplift figures each month, IP wants to effectively review I&E again based on the salary over last year, which in itself could well dramatically increase my monthly...

Hi guys, Quick question re. Credit file. Does it need to state default for it to drop off after 6 years? All my creditors have updated correctly bar one (Creation Consumer Finance) who keeps it on late payment (despite 2 years almost gone) I complained to them and they advised their credit file team...

Hi guys, Nearly 18mths into my IVA. Cant lie its been tough, but a necessary evil and lessons being learnt. Quick question. Checked credit reports, and few defaults are way off approval date, and one account is permanently on late payment status which i assume means would remain indefinitely on file...

In a similar situation and wondering who the creditor you should be contacting to correct default date?
i have a couple of debts that were sold on to pra group for example. should it be original creditor that i contact, or the new owner of said debt?
