Lloyds were one of mine and I don't think they even voted! I have not heard of an IVA proposal being refused on here for a long time. Your IP wouldn't put a proposal forward unless they were confident of it being approved. Good luck and try not to worry!

I had the credit up to £500 clause too. If in doubt, check with your IP.

You really do need to make that call. It is probably worth going through your income and expenditure to see if you can highlight why you had to go to the last resort of a PayDay loan. It seems there may well be a bigger picture here that needs to be addressed.
