Like Kallis said, speak to your IP. I missed over 12mths of payments and still my IVA didn't fail. And now I'm in a better place, I'm able to afford to repay.

Great news guys. GT are letting me carry on, so I have 12mths payments left and that's me done. Thank god for that.

To work out a FF, do you work it out on how much in total you still owe or how much you would pay back at the current rate? EG paying £276 a mth, 14 mths remaining £3864.00 and offer say £3K as a FF?
