Ok - so I am on a posting roll this morning after not being here for a while !

I received a letter this morning from the above people about being mis-sold an IVA.

Has anyone had any dealings with them - are they above board and can they actually do anything without charging you more money ? There is no web site to look at and the paper they have used is cheap - not really what I would class as official or businesslike if that makes sense.

I wondered if it was some sort of scam or whether they are genuine !

Thanks - I'll go and read the paper now !!

Hi
Have a look at this previous thread and make your own mind up.

http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6362

Do they still ask you to stop paying your IVA and not to inform your IP ?

Thanks Andy - I jut went to the web site and it doesn't even look properly regulated/moderated. There were three posts on there referring to porn sites !!! Highly inappropriate when people have no money to spend ! [;)]

Sure - luckily it hasn't gone for recycling yet !

You can have the original - it's not up to much !!

I got one Thursday , telling me not to tell my IP anything until my case had been assessed. Threw it straight in the bin.
