Hi to all,

As I'm now in negotiation with my Daughter IP with regard to sorting out the Monthly in & outs moneywise..
Does anyone have or know where I can get a list of the basic allowance levels that apply to a IVA..
eg ..Food, clothing, electric. gas , petrol etc etc etc etc..

Being a fussy old git I like to know the in and outs of everything..

But currently looks like the present IVA in just sneaking into negative disposables, and when the Working tax credit drops by nearly 200 next year its going to completely fall over..

take care All.

Have a look at this Ceedy but they are ONLY guidelines, you must put down exactly what she spends. X

If you send me an e-mail to my website, I can send you a copy of the current CCCS guidelines which a lot of creditors and IPs rely upon.

Hi to all,

thanks for the replies.. I was only after the info just in case there was an area that could be used to positively up something that look a bit on the low side..
The existing IVA has already figures on around those mentioned.
But now we are actually talking to the IP we are getting some of the figures adjusted, a review is being brought forward due to the large changes in circumstances.

For info.. from the allowances so far we have "lost" 300 for the ext partners fuel costs, also gone is his food and clothing allowances, gas and electric reduced down to actual costs.
Pet insurances/food is not really covered well. my daughter is getting £300 more salary per month than when the IVA started .
So some fair old changes.

BUT.. all dwarfed by the loss of the ex partners salary, which although notified many many months ago the IP seemed to ignore until
I started bending their ears!.
this is a reduction in income of £1409 PM.( on an original total income of £2009) so koncks the whole IVa on its head.

By my reckoning she is presently in a negative disposable of around 13-15 pounds PM.. and when her Working tax credit is reduced in 6 months time by 185 pounds.. its right up s**T creek.
Shes been subsidised by myself and the rest of the family , while selling off some of his goods to help. and the odd boot sale. but this can't go on.
so the B( rupcy) is looking more and more like the best and only option.
This doesn't include the other OD we( she )had no knowledge of until 11 months after the IVa started)) and which we have yet to acknowdelge
responsibilty for ( it was again caused by the ex partner ).
As this could cause the IVA to be in breach anyway.

take care all
