Hi,
I'm in the process of applying for an IVA with insolvency experts.
I have been notified today that one of my creditors declined credit fix's fee.
They have passed my proposal onto Logan Whyte to now take over as they have flexible fees.
Has anyone ever had this too?

Thank you

It is becoming a common tactic with Creditfix ---- read this recent thread and the thread linked in it as well: logan-whyte-t91843
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

They have so far been really good. Very responsive to my messages and keeping me up to date.
I have my creditors meeting on the 20th July.
